2006 Annual Report

Catholic Healthcare West needed to create a special annual report to celebrate its twenty-year anniversary. We created the identity as well as the Annual Report for this high profile project. It includes a double page spread that highlights the history of CHW's Co-Sponsoring Congregations from 1854 up to today.
